To keep our office running smoothly and on time:

Kindly give 24-hour notice for cancellations or full charge will be made for scheduled appointment.

Payment for each session is due at the time of service, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Phone sessions are available if arrangements are made prior to the time of the call, and they will be billed at our standard hourly rate. Business related phone calls will be billed at hourly rate after the first five minutes of conversation.

All returned checks are subject to a $20.00 charge.

All sessions are scheduled for either 30 minutes or 50 minutes unless otherwise indicated. Please be on time in order to take advantage of your full session.

All sessions will end on time regardless of your time of arrival in order to keep waiting to a minimum.

Any written correspondence and/or case review from this office will be billed at the hourly rate of $125.00.
